Editorial

I have styled many cookbooks, ranging from cooking entire meals in one pot to others highlighting the protein benefits of edible insects! Some of my most recent projects have been working with The Vurger Co on their vegan cookbook, Sarah Rossi’s What’s for Dinner, Lucy Lord’s ’For the Soul’ book series and a book entirely dedicated to cooking with mayonnaise! I have worked with Fortnum and Mason on their website and in-store product photography, along with styling their Christmas hampers for both their website and catalogue. I have worked on many magazines including YOU magazines Christmas feature.

Recipe Writing, Testing and Development

I write the recipes for The Body Coach app, developing up to 50 recipes a month for their fast growing fitness app. I calculate all nutritional information for the dishes alongside propping and styling for the shoots.
I have extensive experience in recipe testing from simple one pot meals to elaborate feast style dinners. I have tested the recipes from Rukmini Iyer’s bestselling Roasting Tin series, Marcus Wareing’s book Marcus’ Kitchen and the upcoming book Bitter by Masterchef finalist Alexia Anatole along with many others. I also worked with Cadburys on their Creme Egg Camp in London, testing and baking cookies for their pop-up.

Television and Advertising

I have worked on ad campaigns with HUEL to create eye-catching ingredient displays, tv ads with Sacla to showcase the variety of uses for their pesto and also with The Spice Tailor to create delicious images of their products to be used in supermarkets and also on billboards in Australia. I work with Thermomix to style the food for their online recipe catalogue and also with The Restaurant Group to style point of sale images and new menu items for their restaurants. I have worked on cooking shows for Food Network along with Studio Ramsey’s Culinary Genius and have recently worked extensively with both Waitrose TV and Tastemade online videos. I was also part of the home economist team behind the new Channel 4 show, Beat the Chef and also worked on the BBC show Royal Recipes to recreate historic royal dishes.

Event Hosting, Styling and Organising

I have worked as a home economist on various food festivals, helping to organise the smooth running of live cooking demonstrations at The Waitrose Summer Festival and Aldeburgh Food and Drink Festival. I have worked with Waitrose on their Chrsitmas Press Show, designing the layout of the display tables and ensuring the food looks its best for the press. I have hosted an influencers food styling breakfast in association with Moulinex and Argos and have also styled banquet tables for the launch of new Ella’s Kitchen products.
